Soybean is an annual herbaceous agricultural plant of 1-1.5 meters long that belongs to Leguminous family.
The leaves of the plant are three-leafed, oval-shaped and pointed. Flowers are yellowish or violet in color.
Fruits are slightly curled, feathered and with 2-5 seeds. Seeds are spherical, white in color and has black stain on their one sides. It is a food with high feeding power.
